Over the Rainbow returns to benefit Salisbury Pride

This performance will be dedicated to performers singing Broadway hits with a twist – a classic originally sung by a man will now be sung by a woman and vice versa.

Auditions are Friday, August 16 from 7-9 pm and Saturday, August 17 from 1-3 pm at Art & Soul Rowan (formerly Center for Faith & the Arts) at 207 W. Harrison St., Salisbury NC 28144. Auditions will consist of singing only. Please prepare 32 bars of a song of your choice. An accompanist will be provided. Please ensure your sheet music is in the correct key. Once the cast is set, the musical director will work with you on song selections for the show.
1) If you cannot make one of the scheduled audition slots, we will accept digital audition submissions. Please email them to tim@salisburypride.org.
2) If selected for the Over The Rainbow performance, we will require all singers to attend rehearsals the nights of Thursday, September 12 and Friday, September 13 at Lee Street Theatre.
